YourWorldWebHost.Net   Affiliate Program Agreement

These are the conditions and the terms of the Agreement

1. This Agreement may be terminated or suspended if a breach of this contract is discovered. Affiliates found to have violated any or all of the terms herein will forfeit any and all commission, and affiliate status will be terminated.

2. Any and all Independent Representative may at any time and for any reason cancel their own participation in this program by simply notifying the Company at its principle place of address in writing. Upon cancellation, any affiliate earnings will be paid in the following manner: If the affiliate earnings are less than $300, affiliate will be given store credit towards purchases made on our website. If the affiliate earnings are at least $300, affiliate will be paid in the subsequent quarter in which the affiliate cancels.

3. You agree and certify that you are of legal age in the state of your residence that you are legally able to bear this contract. You also agree that the taxpayer ID you have given us is valid and that ALL contact information is current and true.

4. Once this agreement is accepted by the Company, it will become binding to both parties. Once this agreement becomes binding, you will become an independent contractor and in no way will you be considered or deemed as an employee of YFI, Inc.

5. No laws pertaining to employees shall be considered or enjoyed by any Independent Representative of YFI, Inc. We will not be responsible for any taxes or contributions or any other laws pertaining to employees.

6. There is never a purchase necessary to become an Independent Representative of YFI, Inc. Commission however is paid on the sale of product only.

7. There are no more written or verbal or understood agreements between YFI, Inc. and you as an Independent Affiliate. Everything contained on our company literature is in its entirety the whole plan and nothing more is implied.

8. The company may at any time, at the companies own discretion modify, change, edit, or update all or any of the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures and or the Compensation Plan as it sees fit to do so. YFI, Inc. is the sole arbiter when it comes to affiliate referral disputes and affiliate payments.

9. The company agrees to pay all and any earned commission at the proper time (quarterly) to any and all Independent Affiliates that qualify. Commission is paid in the final month of the subsequent quarter a sale is made in.
   Earned commission can be used or credited towards other purchases.

10. In order to receive a commission check for a quarter, affiliate must have accrued at least $300 in total sales commission.

11. You may NOT sell to yourself. Selling to yourself includes but is not limited to: 1. Ordering an account directly after clicking on your own affiliate banner or link, 2. Paying for an account other than your own, 3. Putting your contact information on someone else's order form, etc. In other words, you may not sign up as an affiliate and then purchase product for yourself via your own link. Quarterly auditing checks to see if a sale has been made illegally. If you are caught selling to yourself, your affiliate status will be terminated and you will forfeit any commission. Sales deemed as "sold to yourself" are not considered to be "fully paid qualified web hosting sales" and we will NOT pay any commission on any of these types of sales.

12. There are never and will never be any guarantee of income or other earnings either verbal or written or implied. All earnings are always based solely on the individual efforts of each and every Independent Affiliate.

13. Definition of sales - Affiliates will ONLY be paid on "fully paid qualified web hosting sales" and will not be paid on ANY other sales generated via affiliate referral or link, etc. A "fully paid qualified web hosting sale(s)" is a "First Time Purchase" by an individual and/or business of a $199, 200 Meg lifetime web hosting account with YourworldWebHost  from http://www.yourworldwebhost.net/ . Affiliates will NOT be paid on ANY AND ALL "Add-On" sales including but not limited to secure servers, shopping carts, domains, ftp, email, extra space, CName Changes, etc.  Affiliates will NOT be paid on subsequent purchases made by current customers. In other words, an affiliate can ONLY make a commission on the initial $199, 200 Meg web hosting account purchase from a client. After that, client becomes client of http://www..yourworldwebhost.net/ and is no longer considered by http://www..yourworldwebhost.net/ as a referral if client orders anything more, including but not limited to additional accounts, secure servers, shopping carts, domains, ftp, email, extra space, CName Changes, etc. Affiliates will NOT be paid on Monthly Fee Web Hosting Packages, domain registrations, or ANY other product other than a $199, 200 Meg lifetime web hosting   from http://www..yourworldwebhost.net/ .

14. If you or the company cancels your affiliation with this affiliate program in any way, any past, present, and future earned commission will be paid in the following manner: If the affiliate earnings are less than $300, affiliate will be given store credit towards purchases made on our website. If the affiliate earnings are at least $300, affiliate will be paid in the subsequent quarter in which the affiliate cancels..

15. As an affiliate, in order to get "affiliate support" from YourWorldWebHost you MUST:

    and follow the posted instructions EXACTLY. We pay such a high commission because we are very streamlined, with minimal affiliate staff. Failing to follow the instructions for support is a direct violation of our policy and will result in suspension of your affiliate account. Additionally, failing to follow instructions costs the company more and could result inYourWorldWebHost.Net having to discontinue the $100 commission.

16. The individual applying to become an Independent Representative clearly agrees that he/she has completely read and understood and agrees to the entire agreement and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated within.

17. If you become a YFI, Inc. Independent Affiliate, you must:

• File and pay all personal and business income taxes including state, local and federal taxes owed because of bonuses or payments made to you in connection with this program.

•  Provide us with current contact information. Name, phone number, email address, mailing address and taxpayer ID number must be kept current at all times. Failure to keep this information current can result in delays in payment, and/or account termination without payment. 

• If you are a US resident, we must have your Social Security Number (PERSONAL) or Tax ID Number (BUSINESS) in order to process your payments. This is to comply with Federal regulations and for Tax Purposes Only (we do not share this information or use it for any other purpose). Also, though we do not report payments for the year totaling less than $600 (via 1099), we must have a W-9 on file for you or your company BEFORE we RELEASE PAYMENT TO YOU. FAILURE to provide us with a valid W-9 is a violation of this affiliate agreement and will result in termination of affiliate status and loss of commission.

• If you're not a US resident, you must provide us with a valid Form W-8 in order to be paid. We must have a W-8 on file for you or your company BEFORE we RELEASE PAYMENT TO YOU. FAILURE to provide us with a valid W-8 is a violation of this affiliate agreement and will result in termination of affiliate status and loss of commission.

• Represent our company in a lawful and ethical manner. You must stress the product and not the opportunity. You must only claim or represent what we have as a company provided to you. Any claims by an Independent Affiliate that does not reflect what has already been printed or deemed fit by the company will be declared possibly untrue and inaccurate.

• You must treat us with respect. Any attempts to abuse, undermine, slander, libel, threaten, swear at, or cause harm to MPC Internetworks, Inc., one of our customers, on of our employees, or the company directly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate affiliate account termination. In addition, we will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law.

• You may only advertise in ways stated and provided by the company. Any use of logos or any other copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. You may not make false representations or false claims about the companies services or about the compensation plan.

• You are not allowed to advertise us with any illegal methods, including but not limited to: spamming, Usenet Spamming, Unsolicited Email, Mail Spamming, BBS Spamming, and any other type of spam.
