You are responsible for making sure that your clients abide by these conditions. NoMonthlyFees.com has the right to terminate any resold account or reseller for violation of these policies.
3. Support: THIS IS YOUR CHOICE:
A. We can provide technical support directly to your customers if you want us to. There is no EXTRA charge for having us provide your customers direct support... we just leave it an option, since many Resellers prefer to keep us hidden from their clients.
B. You can also choose to have us not provide technical support DIRECTLY to your clients. As a matter of fact, if you choose this, we will have no direct interaction with your clients.
